Steamed Fish With Ginger


INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder (natural)
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 34 cups soy milk (unsweetened)
2 tsps red wine vinegar
1 2/3 cups superfine sugar (easily make your own by blitzing granulated, blender until finely ground but not powdery)
1 cup LifeOiL
2 tbsps vanilla extract
